We sell automotive parts and accessories. All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify prices and availability without prior notice.
4. Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR (€). Prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with Belgian tax regulations.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht / Droit de rétractation)
Under Belgian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Exceptions apply to electrical parts that have been installed or used.

6. Warranty
In accordance with the Belgian Law of September 1, 2004 on consumer protection, all products carry a minimum 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Toepasselijk recht
Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door het Belgisch recht. Geschillen vallen onder de bevoegdheid van de Belgische rechtbanken.
3. Producten
Wij verkopen auto-onderdelen en accessoires. Alle producten worden zo nauwkeurig mogelijk beschreven. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om prijzen en beschikbaarheid zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving te wijzigen.
4. Prijzen & BTW
Alle prijzen worden weergegeven in EUR (€). Prijzen zijn inclusief BTW indien van toepassing, volgens de Belgische belastingwetgeving.
5. Herroepingsrecht
Volgens de Belgische en Europese consumentenwetgeving heeft u het recht om uw aankoop binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te herroepen, zonder opgave van reden.
Uitzonderingen gelden voor elektrische onderdelen die zijn geïnstalleerd of gebruikt.

6. Garantie
Volgens de Belgische wet van 1 september 2004 inzake consumentenbescherming hebben alle producten een minimale wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar tegen fabricagefouten.

Tous les prix sont indiqués en EUR (€). Les prix incluent la TVA lorsque applicable, conformément à la réglementation fiscale belge.
5. Droit de rétractation
Conformément au droit belge et européen, vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande, sans motif.
